- amends the current definition of rape
- pursues efforts to combat gender-based violence
- ensures access to sexual and reproductive health for all

- guarantees full independence of the judiciary
- strengthens its office of the commissioner for human rights

- strengthens media freedom and respects the rights of peaceful protesters
- recognizes the key role of human rights defenders and activists
- steps up efforts to combat hate speech and crime
At #UPR41, States recommended that #Poland:
- ensures LGBTQI+ people are protected against hate speech and crime
- combats racial discrimination
- steps up efforts to identify children who are victims of human trafficking
At #UPR41, States recommended that #Poland:
- ends detention of unaccompanied children and pregnant women among migrants
- removes restrictions on the rights of minorities
- pursues efforts to guarantee the rights of persons with disability
The Universal Periodic Review of #Poland has now concluded.

The #UPR41 Working Group is set to adopt the report on 18 November 2022 at 16:00 (Geneva time).
