By 17 February 2023, online platforms will have to report the number of their active end users.
Based on these numbers, we will assess if they are:

Once designed as such, these very large entities will have 4 months to comply with the obligations under the DSA.

4⃣ Digital Services Coordinators 🕵️♀️
By 17 February 2024 (the *final* date of entry in application), 🇪🇺 Member States will have their own Digital Services #Coordinators.
They will liaise with the Commission to make sure rules are applied everywhere, by everyone.
