1) First thing's first - NO token announcement but announcement on latest fundraise. zkSync calls it 'Fair Raise':

3) zkSync code will be open source from Fair Launch. This is in contrast to their competitors: Polygon's code is copyrighted & Starknet's code isn't forkable. Making it opensource was existential decision for zkS mission

4) Layer3 (enterprise-ready blockchain) proof of concept is being launched in Q1 23. zkS currently in talks with many mainstream brands & household names. Unlike 6m ago, these firms view Ethereum as the most trusted blockchain and want to make their move on zkS 😮
In conclusion, bullish news on zkSync even without a token announcement. When eventually launched, $ZKS distribution is going to reflect the bigger goal of the project - they're not a firm, they're ecosystem that support Web3 adoption and Ethereum
