TL;DR
Tri-AMM @3xcalibur69 forked its code from @solidlyexchange and hence is adhering to the ve-model, the protocol native token $XCAL will be released over 3.5 - 4.5 year period via vote escrow, whereby voters will recieve bribes to allocate emissions to certain pools

What is the ve-model?

As best reference, think of the #curvewars, where CRV is locked up to vote for LP incentives being directed towards certain pools.

@3xcalibur69 uses it's native token $XCAL in a similar fashion but with some innovative improvements.

Why is the ve-model used?

Without locking tokens up, token emissions attract mercenary farmers that dump received tokens instantly and move one as soon as incentives dried up.

How does @3xcalibur69 improve the ve-model?

✅ Like @VelodromeFi based on Solidly code, but with reduced initial distribution to also incentivise later buyers to lock tokens

✅ Token emissions are adjusted algorithmically to keep emission length in the 3.5-4.5 years range

Additional innovative features of @3xcalibur69 DEX:

🪄MultiZap: zap-in one/many assets directly into LP tokens
🪄Money market: directly borrow from LP positions (not live yet)

CONCLUSION:
