EPSB released it's Absence reports for Dec 16 & 19th today. On Dec 16th EPSB reported an absence rate of 5.1% or 5,579 students away. For December 19th EPSB Reported an absence rate of 5.8% or 6,358 (+779) students away. #MaskUp #RSV #RSVirus #COVID19 #Influenza /2

CBE Updated its dashboard for December 19th, reporting an absence rate of 7.2% (+1.2%) or 9,223 (+1,605) students away. As no report for Friday was posted, I can only show the difference between Thursday & Dec 19th. #MaskUp #RSVirus #RSV #Influenza #COVID19 /3

CCSD was reporting 29 schools on Friday, with a 10% or higher absence rate. On December 19th they reported 30 schools with 10% or higher, and today they're reporting 31 schools with a 10% or higher absence rate. #MaskUp #RSVirus #RSV #Influenza #COVID19 /4

*NEW* McLellan ER Department closed this morning as of 7am, due to no staffing. They had hoped to re-open tonight, but AHS advises the ER will remain closed until 7am tomorrow (dec 21). Closest ER's High Prairie (53KM), Peace River (81KM) or Spirit River (125KM). /5

*REMINDER* Sylvan Lake Advanced Ambulatory Care Service is CLOSED as of 2pm today but will re-open tomorrow (Dec 21) for regular hours (730AM to 10PM). SLAACS will be closed for the full day on December 22nd as staffing issues continue. /6

*REMINDER* Swan Hills ER nightly closures from 7pm to 7am, started on Monday and will continue through-to January 16th 2023. You're urged to call 811 or attend Whitecourt (82KM), U of A (189KM), Barrhead (104KM) or High Prairie (146KM) for medical treatment. /7
