Storytime.

I’ve worked in IT sales for 26 years. I could tell you disgusting stories about any one of my employer companies and staff, but today I’ll describe 3 years working at a particular national IT company...
The only woman in a sales dept of 20 men (in my state).
The only woman in a sales team of 8. My boss would regularly comment on my outfits, my body, my hair cut. He would massage my shoulders.
He would make lewd jokes and comments about other women in our campfire meetings.
When I uncrossed and recrossed my legs during these meetings, all talk would stop so they could watch.

I had to dress pretty for the clients, which made being in the office very uncomfortable. I discovered pant suits.
