Your gut microbiome is responsible for your health.

But most of us don't understand why.

If gut health is your priority in 2023, read this:

PS: RT this & I'll DM a code to try our brand new groundbreaking 'Smart probiotic' backed by 380 clinical studies, (limited supply)
Our gut microbiome is key to our digestion

I'm sure you know that much, but it's emerged in recent years that it does so much more.

At my company, Heights, we've spent 2.5 years researching the 3 high impact areas it can improve:

Digestion
Immunity
Mental Health.

Here's how:
Your gut contains billions of bacteria - they all have certain jobs to do.

Some will help your skin glow, some your nails, most make sure your gut breaks down food well so your whole body system is firing on all cylinders, turning nutrients from food into energy for life...
What's super interesting though, is 70% of our immune health is activated in our gut. 70%!

Certain bacteria will activate this response - you want to feed them.

How to do that, has become a science - and this is where probiotics come in.

But first, let's talk mental health.
90% of our serotonin is created in our gut.

Our mood is communicated from our gut, to our brain along the 'gut - brain axis' aka the vagus nerve.

So it stands to reason that if you could feed the bacteria in your gut responsible for digestion, immunity & mood... you should, no?
At @yourheights - as a braincare company, this is exactly what we focused on for 2.5 years - making sure we can impact your gut & brain with the very best product on earth to do this job.

So, what do we do about this info that makes our probiotic different to others?

3 things:
@yourheights 1. We have combined 7 strains that focus specifically on digestion, immunity and mental health by specifically targeting the gut brain axis.

This is not only groundbreaking, it works.

This is proven:
@yourheights 2. We have 380 clinical studies now (this is why we waited so long to bring it out) to prove its efficacy.

And crucially but less discussed:

3. Most bacteria die in your gut (because of stomach acid).

So, what did we do?

This might be our killer move....
@yourheights We created an acid-resistant capsule and have now proven that more of our bacteria reach your gut alive than any other competitor on the market.

We have gone to town on engineering this product to beat everything else out there.
@yourheights 65 billion CFUs (colony forming units aka live bacteria) at manufacture.

We market it at 20 billion to reach your gut alive just in case but so far, all our 3rd party tests have proven over 33 billion reach the colon alive.

This is more than the next best competitor...
@yourheights Others say 20 billion CFUs on the label, well, about 2 - 20 billion reach your gut alive.

Yes, that's true, we'll soon be releasing data from our tests to bring more transparency to the market (legal boundaries pending - we're a startup so want to avoid getting sued lol)
@yourheights We're here to educate and re-educate you on gut health, to redefine what a probiotic can do, and make a real difference like nothing else.
@yourheights Your health starts and ends in your gut, but your mental health is heavily impacted too, and now there's a probiotic out there which can impact both, better than the rest.

How to take a break from your brain: Image
1. Breath

Mental fog and mental fatigue are caused by overworking our senses.

Example: Sitting in front of a computer for 60 minutes straight.

Take a 5-minute break and breathe slowly and deeply.

The brain is only 2% of your body mass but requires 20% oxygen.

Feed it.
2. Hydrate

Most people are dehydrated without knowing. This decreases your brain performance by 30%

The faster you drink, the faster your reaction time and thinking increases by 30%

So drink plenty and have a bottle of water at your field of vision at all times.
