#குலதெய்வம் குலதெய்வ வழிபாடு எவ்வளவு முக்கியம் என்பதை சொல்லும் பல பதிவுகளை இங்கே பகிர்ந்துள்ளேன். இதோ இன்னும் ஒன்று:
1. குலம் தெரியாமல் போனாலும், குலதெய்வம் தெரியாமல் போகக்கூடாது.
2. குலதெய்வ வழிபாடு கோடி தெய்வ வழிபாடு. கோடி நன்மை தரும்.
3. சுக்குக்கு மிஞ்சிய மருந்தும் இல்லை,

குலதெய்வத்திற்கு மிஞ்சிய தெய்வமும் இல்லை.
4. குலதெய்வத்தால் ஆகாத காரியமில்லை.
5.நம் வம்சத்தை காக்க முதலில் ஓடி வரும் உயிர் தெய்வமே குலதெய்வம் தான்.
6. வாழ்வதற்கு காற்று எப்படி முக்கியமோ அதுபோல் குலம் தழைக்க குலதெய்வம் மிக முக்கியம்.
7. நம் இஷ்ட தெய்வம் என்ன தான் சக்தி வாய்ந்த

தெய்வமாக இருந்தாலும், முதலில் குலதெய்வத்தையே வணங்க வேண்டும்.
8. குலதெய்வங்கள் கர்மவினைகளை நீக்க வல்லவை.
9. குலதெய்வமே நமக்கு எளிதில் அருளினைத் தரும். மேலும் மற்ற தெய்வங்களின் வழிபாடுகளின் பலன்களையும் பெற்றுத் தரும்.
10. குலதெய்வம் பெரும்பாலும் சிறு தெய்வமாகவே காணப்படும். ஆனால்

#MahaPeriyava There is a reference in #MookaPanchasati that Goddess Kamakshi caused a shower of gold in Tundeeram (Tondaimandalam) to relieve the sufferings of the people. This allusion is substantiated by the existence of a place which goes by the name of Pon Vilainda Kalathur

in the Chingleput District. There is also a tradition that #SriVedantaDesika, the renowed Sarvatantra Swatantracharya, who established the Vaishnava Sampradaya, prayed to the Goddess of Wealth, Sri Mahalakshmi, by composing and reciting Sri Stuti and obtained gold for giving it

to a Brahmachari. This Brahmachari is said to have been sent by some people envious of Sri Vedanta Desika and this youth begged for gold so that he could get himself married. This incident also seems to have taken place somewhere in the region known as Tondaimandalam.
