Some Catholic theologians compared him with Abaddon. Yet other authors considered Asmodeus a prince of revenge (Wikipedia). Like every other demons, his purpose is to steal, kill and destroy.

This demon lures people into his control. The moment he gets anyone under his control, the person is as good as 'finished' because he will continue to take up everything you possess and then invite other demons to destroy other parts of your life.

The truth is that so many people underestimate this demon and you know what? He loves to be underestimated. He loves to be unnoticed. That's why some people don't believe there is anything called demon or devil.
As evil as this betting is it will amaze you to see that countries still legalise it. The people in the authorities can easily be influenced by this demon. He can gets his way into anywhere even in the church. Even among pastors. Even among strong born again.
