#Douma chemical attack: What time is it?

Sources for both images and context are still plenty on the internet.
Especially Kumait Agency was a trusted source even by Jaish al Islam.
@OPCW any explanation?
It looks like the cover up of a salafist war crime by spreading false information against better knowledge.
Btw the unedited video showing the first watch...
...also shows Hassan Diab and the kids next to him.
The most complete footage from SMART shows that the man in the gray undershirt from the 5:55 p.m. photo was hosed and photographed at the same moment that Hassan Diab was placed on the hospital bed while still dry. The girl in pink was treated shortly after.

Could it be relevant that part of the video footage that was supposed to illustrate the victims of a 7:30pm chlorine attack on Douma was already taken around 6pm? I am baffled that this was not noticed during the thorough investigation by the IIT.

No, honestly, I'm not.
This 6pm video footage was used by the Mirror, among others, in an article discrediting the witnesses Hassan Diab and the medical staff who came to The Hague.

Another clock that appears in the video footage (of the same cameraman, most likely Al Doumani) was interpreted early on by the anonymous website "Feit of fake" as 9:30pm, which is a poor match for showing the first victims of a chemical attack at 7:30pm.

This sounds like a continuation of the #Douma scandal in a new guise. But of course we will have to read this report, if only to find out how all the previous manipulations were put into new words.
What immediately strikes you as you quickly scroll through is the desperate search for a scientific-sounding reason for how the cylinder could jump onto the bed.
To do this, the front ring of the harness must have migrated through reinforced concrete without deforming, while the cylinder stuck in the ring was flattened. The valve also cut laterally through the ceiling and wall so that it could survive undamaged. It gets better, though...

The NYT and "the stellar team" incl. Malachy Browne (who already let his imagination run wild regarding Douma) have submitted their #Bucha investigations. Besides some new details, e.g. about the use of cell phones, again the imagination seems to have closed the gaps.
The identification of many Russian soldiers involved ran through the use of cell phones of dead or disappeared citizens of Bucha.
First, this forcefully confirms that Russian soldiers are not allowed cell phones, which seems extremely relevant to other mass grave videos.
According to one NYT Bucha story the Russian troops found videos on a cell phones. That's why the Russian troops took Dmytro away and executed him. Contradicting this story, however, is the fact that Russian troops left behind the cell phone incl. the videos so NYT got it.

This is the most mendacious "fact checker" output I have ever seen. Out of hundreds of examples, they unerringly picked two false and one questionable example, and probability proves that they must have set aside at least dozen authentic examples to find these false ones.
So, please dear fact checkers on behalf of Deutsche Welle, since you have no doubt also stumbled across these photos, how about a brief description of what was faked here?

A fundamental forgotten but unresolved #OSINT: On August 20, 2020, #Navalny was allegedly poisoned with #Novichok in Tomsk. #Bellingcat then bought flight and phone connection data on the Darknet and extracted from it the private public mobile phone number of an #FSB man, ...
...who then admitted the whole poisoning plot on this private public mobile phone.
Q: How could Bellingcat link that private public cell phone number to an August 2020 crime when that number was not activated until November 2020?
And how is it possible that 3% of the calls with this number were made from Arlington / Washington DC while the pranked FSB cleaner is explaining to his "superior" (Navalny) that he is in Covid quarantine?
