The video functionality now supports also links from #Vimeo and #Twitch (in addition to @YouTube)
Fancy connecting your @Minecraft Twitch stream to a #voxel object in your Odyssey?
Now you can 💪
4/ Colour picker for 3D objects
Basic assets don’t have to be white any more, you can pick the colour that strikes your fancy 🎨
5/ Bonus asset pack
We added some nice 3D assets in addition to basic 3D geometries.
You can find them in the Asset Spawn menu under Standard Asset Pack 🪼
6/ Search asset function
Assets are now sorted alphabetically!
We added a search bar, so you can retrieve your go-to assets in a jiffy 🏃💨
7/ Multi-line text functionality
Clicking on an object will open a multi-line text frame.
You can tell part of your story, or pop a link to your #NFTcollection, or credit other creators who helped you in your Odyssey.
8/ Let’s get social 🫂
Clicking on another user’s wisp (aka an avatar in Odyssey) will open their profile, and let you connect with them, or teleport to their Odyssey to see what they are building.
9/ Previews for all assets
All 3D objects are previewed in 3D in the Asset Spawn menu, so you can immediately pick the object you need.
⚡️ Unlocking the paraverse - Parachain utilities in the Kusamaverse
⚡️ VIBES! Incentivizing valuable metaverse activities
⚡️ Milestone 2! Key features for the Kusamaverse
In each track, @MomentumXYZ core team members will work in close collaboration with you to get input, feedback and clarity on what we will build over the next 9 to 12 months.
2/ With the community we are building the Kusamaverse, a real-time and persistent 3D home for the Kusama ecosystem. We bring utility to the metaverse, enabling a new way for users to navigate, connect and contribute to and benefit from the Kusama ecosystem.
3/ A place where the Kusama community can gather, engage into on-chain and off-chain activities, tailored to collective value creation, and can build their own social network economy.
1/ A couple of hours ago we publicly launched Kusamaverse in @MomentumXYZ.
We were joined by 284 fellow Dotsamanauts. Wow! That was quite a ride!
We’d like to share what we’ve learned, what went well, what absolutely sucked monkey balls, and everything in between. 👇
2/ For starters... We are happy to learn why Kusama exists in the first place: Experiment in production. Embrace the chaos, learn from it and move forward. This always was in our DNA from day one… and today with the launch we ticked all the boxes (again) for sure ;)
3/ What went well: We gathered a big pile of amazing information, with 250+ users online at the same time interacting in the 3D world. Any issues that occurred are quite easy to iron out. The overall system held up nicely. And the #dotsama community love… WoW such Vibes <3
