The European energy market is now being aggressively conquered by companies from the US and the UK. Turkey's proposal to create a gas hub on its territory is also aimed at the European market.
The US and UK have been working for more than 10 years to push European buyers out of long-term contracts with Gazprom. Green energy served as a cover operation to achieve this goal.
As they were pushed out, spot prices on the exchange raised. And now the US is increasing LNG supplies, taking advantage of the high prices.
Coming to Dec 2022
US signed long term LNG supply contract with UK for supplying LNG and crude oil and starts investing heavily into US LNG plant terminals. Image
Meanwhile, the #EU is pushing its Swan Song for #green energy blindly and in almost suicidal mode.
And EU is going full steam ahead to achieve their Green energy goals by 2030.
And someone in White House is very happy with this #Green Eutopia in #EU.
Meanwhile, A #UK parliament research report in the year 2022 destroyed all such green initiatives by mentioning that over-reliance on #green energy could jeopardize critical infrastructure for UK's security and administration.
