2)Let's take an example of Rwanda's 1994 genocide.What happened?#Habyarimana signed peaceful agreements,UN troops arrived and the military's heavy artilleries were locked to facilitate the smooth implementation of agreements.Rwandans were extremely happy that peace has arrived!⬇️
3)As Rwandans rejoiced about peace,they were caught unaware. The plane was shot down by Kagame's rebels,UN has locked the military's heavy artilleries,Kagame's inflitrates started killing the Tutsi,UN pressed an arm embargo on the then regime,then UN troops left Rwanda in flames!
4)What did I mean that the winner is determined by the referee who blows the whistle? As you sign agreement,those who will facilitate its implementation are on the side of your enemy!Whatever you are signing they are timing you on a right corner to hit you hardly to grab #gold...
5)With such situations,peaceful agreements are always traps to trick you into your end!You will never win because powerful nations are on the sides of your enemy during such processes. They are 6timing you so that they can keep on looting after crushing you!So war is a necessity!
6)So #Congo should completely forget any good thing like peace that can come out agreements where people like #Macron are actually #referees. We always know the winner in such situations!
