Why is @LinkedIn censoring ME over MY OWN QUOTE from the front page of @FoxNews this morning? What about ANY of it is misinformation? Big tech is out of control attacking & censoring @GunOwners!🤬
Here is @ATFHQ's internal "Zero Tolerance" manual they are using to drive as many gun stores out of business as possible⤵️ gunowners.org/wp-content/upl…
The federal gun ban for #marijuana users is absurdly unconstitutional considering the legality & decriminalization of both medical & recreational marijuana at the state level
No one should go to jail for engaging in lawful activity & also choosing to exercise their #2A rights
Similarly, the lifetime gun ban for "domestic abusers" is problematic as a ban on the right to self-defense for those who have only been convicted of a misdemeanor
In America, you don't lose your right to vote, serve on a jury, etc. for a misdemeanor. That's how we punish felons
“Watching these cases and watching these judges strike down these unconstitutional categories is a great thing for America,” said @RealGunLobbyist federal affairs director of @GunOwners in @WashTimes
1️- Massive 14.1% ATF Budget Increase to Facilitate Biden’s Pistol Ban
By the time this bill is passed, @ATFHQ will have increased by nearly 25% since the Trump Administration. This money rewards the Biden Administration's tyranny over gun owners. 😠
2️- 50% Budget Increase for ATF’s Tracing Center that Maintains an Illegal Near-Billion Record Gun Registry
18 U.S.C. 926(a)(3) makes federal gun registration illegal yet @ATFHQ has nearly a billion firearms, serial numbers, & gun owners names in a digital searchable database🤔
3️- $700+ Million in Funding Available to Bribe States to Pass “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation Laws
A MASSIVE pool of grant money known as Byrne-Justice Assistance Grants are now available to fund state gun confiscation laws.
ICYMI: The lawsuit challenging @ATFHQ's permanent Form 4473 record-keeping requirement (illegal gun registry expansion) is @GunOwners challenge of @ATFHQ's "Frame or Reciever" Rule
Among other arguments, we point out that 18 U.S.C. 926(a)(3) explicitly states that @TheJusticeDept cannot implement a rule that requires (more) firearm transaction records be kept on a government facility.
A broader challenge against the entire record-keeping system is certainly needed, but Congress also bears the ultimate responsibility in eliminating the registry they helped fund.
⚠️AMMUNITION BACKGROUND CHECKS using @FBI's NICS system is to be studied in @USGAO's FY 2023 appropriations unless gun owners tell Congress "NO!"

🧵Background checks are dangerous, unconstitutional, and ineffective. Learn more⤵️
The House Report accompanying H.R. 8256 includes a GAO study on “Ammunition Background Checks.” Within one year, @USGAO office will submit a report detailing the following: (1/5)
1️⃣@USGAO to study: “[H]ow best to implement a requirement that background checks be conducted for all ammunition sales, including sales by Federal firearms licensees and private sellers;” (2/5)
🚨@HouseDemocrats are proposing a 13% ATF increase to pay for:
📝"Amnesty Registration"
🖥️Gun registry upgrades
✔️Ammunition Background Checks plan
🤨Annual pay for ATF agents & family if killed or seriously injured on the job
GOA is fighting back! ⤵️
To facilitate its gun registration schemes, @ATFHQ has requested a 13% budgetary increase , including $14,400,000 to “modernize” the National Tracing Center (NTC), which is the branch that maintains, accesses, and searches ATF’s digital, searchable, gun registries
This funding, which is provided in H.R. 8256, “[i]ncreases by more than 40% the funding for the National Tracing Center.” @ATFHQ is transparent with exactly how the system will be monetized:
🧵Gun Owners of America will be scoring any votes in favor of Steve Dettelbach’s confirmation to the role of ATF Director as anti-gun votes. Here's why ⤵️
At his confirmation hearing, Steve Dettelbach claimed that “politics can play no role in law enforcement.” However, Dettelbach’s past actions give this statement no credibility, and indeed suggest the opposite.
As a US Attorney, Dettelbach wrote an op-ed calling for gun control. At his hearing, he defended such behavior as ethical and indicated he would do it again if confirmed.
