Children w/ prewar guardianship status were primarily targeted for re-education camps. Orphans & disabled in institutions were targeted for deportation & adoption. #WarCrimes

The first transports included 500 purported orphans ‘evacuated’ from Donetsk by Russia. By March, children were leaving Ukraine for camps in Russia under auspices of free recreational trips.
