Parcl does this for a growing number of cities and neighborhoods around the globe to get highly representative market prices, in real-time….
Using this data, Parcl creates unique tokens representing the price movements of a specific property market.
These tokens can be bought, sold or traded just like any other asset on a decentralized exchange, and allow investors to benefit from the price movements of a particular real estate market without owning any physical property.
Parcl has raised a total of $11.5 million from two founding rounds, with investors such as @cbventures, @dragonfly_xyz , @solana, @BigBrainVC, @shimacapital, @paraficapital, Tribe Capital, and Slow Ventures among them.
