Protesters break through the additional metal barriers set up at the back entrance of the #parliament . #Police remain inside the gates.
Hooded youths were seen throwing eggs and blinding #police with laser beams at the back entrance. The police responded with water cannon.
Riot police in full gear were seen exiting the area next to the government offices nearby, heading toward the #parliament. Scuffles at the back entrance continue, and police use a water cannon and pepper spray. calm at the sides and in front of the building.
Protesters are breaking windows at the entrance back of the #Parliament as the police hose them down. Giorgi Vashadze appears at the scene, calling for calm.

Riot #Police clear the back entrance of the #parliament and descend towards Rustaveli avenue. In a repeat of yesterday's scenario. In difference from yesterday, there are youths seemingly determined to resist.
A huge crowd remains in front of the #Parliament, where the situation is relatively calm. They are seen jeering and booing as the #police warning sounds.
A very large number of riot #police enter Rustaveli ave. and clear the crowd massively using tear gas. Some youths try to set up impromptu barricades.
#Police in control of the surroundings of the #Parliament as many demonstrators flee towards the park across the street. Tear gas use reported here as well.
People are dispersing towards the Dry Bridge area of #Tbilisi, eastwards from the Parliament building, the riot police are pursuing in the distance. Smell of tear gas is heavy in the air.
After descending to the riverside, many of the protesters, mainly youths, made it back to back to Rustaveli avenue and are gathering in considerable numbers. The #police are seen assembling at the side street junctures. The riot police and water cannons are still standing by.
The massive use of tear gas again on Rustaveli avenue, again enveloped in gas mist. The #police keep clearing the avenue, but protesters come back.
#Police are seen grabbing youths from the streets and detaining them.

A predictable to-and-fro settles in as the #police keep bombarding the protesters with tear gas, only to see them regroup and return once the smoke dissipates. Protesters are seen throwing debris at the riot police.
03:35 in #Tbilisi, youths protest, and they don't get tired as the #police is readying water cannon and tear gas again to disperse them on Rustaveli avenue.
#TbilisiProtests are now in the youths' hands.

Riot #police is seen assembling, possibly moving towards the protesters in front of the #parliament. The numbers of protesters have thinned after tear gas was deployed alongside water cannons, causing severe eye irritation. Many reportedly required medical assistance.

BREAKING: The Parliament passed the law "On Transparency of Foreign Funding" in its first reading; 76 voted for 13 against it. (113 MPs have been registered to vote).

The legislative process has three readings. The first vote equals acceptance of the draft in its principle; further readings adapt the particular details and wording. The Speaker said the passed draft will be forwarded to the .@VeniceComm w its comments informing 2nd/3rd readings
There is tension between police and citizens near the parliament. The police do not allow protes to approach the parliament's entrance. Special Law enforcements are also mobilized.
