The information that FAA has grounded all the flights seems a bit exaggerated to me, although it can be seen that many flights have not taken off at the moment and are waiting on the runway.
There does not seem to be any serious air traffic problem over CONUS, there are no holding or diverted traffic and it seems that some flights are taking off without problems.
