People say ‘What about China!’ China is acting but they are right. China does need to do much more and the only way it will do is if the public demand our governments act and make lobbying countries like China, India, the US, Russia, Australia, a priority

The weather across the world is already going crazy - this year looks set to be another year of insane weather - so there is no time to lose.

Lots of the media is owned by billionaires who don’t want the rich to pay for the world to take action, and they have created a cynical culture where caring for the planet is seen as weird or ‘tree hugger’ish

Though they are nowhere near as bad as most of the rest of the media, some of whom have intentionally misrepresented, suppressed or lied about the facts, which makes us less likely to understand and demand action and puts us all in danger - which is why they do it

And that is because of media barons like Rupert Murdoch who control enormous sections of the global media, from The Sun and Talk TV to Fox News, who believe they know more about climate change than NASA, Oxford etc and the worlds scientists
