Ukraine | One year after the beginning of the military invasion, 🇫🇷 once again calls on 🇷🇺 to stop this war immediately and strongly condemns all Russian disinformation campaigns, especially with regard to the alleged provocations involving chemical agents in 🇺🇦.

Syria | 🇫🇷 condemns in the strongest terms the repeated use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime, identified as the perpetrator of the deadly attack in Douma on April 7, 2018 by the third report of the OPCW Investigation and Identification Team (IIT).

Syria | 🇫🇷 deplores the Syrian regime’s persistent obstruction of the work of the OPCW. Syria must declare and fully destroy its chemical weapons program and provide access to OPCW personnel on its territory, in accordance with its international obligations.

#Navalny | We condemn the attack by means of a military chemical nerve of the Novichok group against Mr Navalny in August 2020 in 🇷🇺. It is imperative that light be shed on the circumstances of this crime and those who perpetrated it.

5th Review Conference | We call on all delegations to cooperate together in order to preserve the full relevance of the CWC, which is one of the most significant multilateral achievements in the field of disarmament. It is now our responsibility to defend it.

ChemTech Centre | As its inauguration approaches, 🇫🇷 commend the work of the DG & its team in setting up a facility capable of addressing the significant challenges ahead. 🇫🇷 will provide its support so that it can live up to our collective ambitions.
