"In India, the polygamy culture of Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and Sikhs was prevalent for a long, has been prohibited by law but Muslims are still permitted to perform #polygamy because of the application of the Muslim Personal Law ( Shariat) Application Act 1937": plea states.

"The activities of love Jihad are in full swing as even married Muslims can marry and bring a girl from a Hindu or Christian community to their home without divorcing their existing wife or wives" : plea states.
"In Ram Rajya, the communal tension was zero as there were not so many religions, and today when there are so many religions, the communal tensions are taking place" : plea states.
