#DelhiHighCourt to pronounce its judgement today on the bail plea of former Delhi cabinet minister #SatyendarJain.

Jain has been behind bars since May 2022.

The trial court had rejected his bail plea on November 17, 2022. Jain challenged the order before the High Court on December 1, 2022.
Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma had reserved his verdict on the bail plea on March 22.

He heard the arguments in the case for over a month. Image
Justice Sharma will also pronounce his verdict on the bail applications of co-accused Vaibhav Jain and Ankush Jain.
Court master informs that the court will assemble at 11 am.
Judge presides.
Satyendar Jain order: The simple fact is the CBI has filed a case of disproportionate assets. The present court cannot go into validity of these proceedings. Facts show that certain DA were masked. The court has to see the prima facie case.
Order: Person is influential. The petitioner cannot be held to have cleared the twin conditions under PmLA.
Order: The broad probabilities indicate that the companies associated to him are controlled and managed by him.
Order: Learned special judge does not have any perversity. Order Is well reasoned.
Order: He is not entitled to bail. Hence the application is dismissed.
Court also denies bail to co-accused Vaibhav and Ankush Jain.
