that study that found across all ages and skin types, increasing full spectrum UV light exposure does not significantly increase melanoma risk BUT there is a significant increase in melanoma with a DECREASED dose of UVB.

This probably means that a lower vitamin d level and/or...
an increased dose of UVA due to wearing sunscreens, pushed nonstop by derms, that block UVB combined with working/living indoors under windows that block out the UVB (and some red/infrared) but still let in a ton of UVA and blue could lead to increased melanoma risk.

Now establishment doctors think they smarter than nature & start pushing chemical sunscreen to block out/alter certain rays of the sun and let others in like they actually know better than what nature has determined our bodies need to thrive over
millions of years of development and people start getting MORE melanoma not less.

Most of the data that links the sun to deadly #skincancer comes from studies done indoors using UV light from man made sources and not the sun.

No one is really saying go out and burn for...
hours in the sun but to significantly decrease your risk of #cancer overall, you need smart, full spectrum sun exposure at different times throughout the day in your life.

Real sun.

No sunscreen or anything else like glass that alters the sunlight when it hits your skin.

Not much data out there but even #redlight with a high lux will suppress #melatonin & disrupt #circadianrhythm.

So make sure your red light machine is far from you at night to reduce intensity! Use a lux meter.
