As absurd as the #HunterBiden situation and plea deal is, it’s the gun charge which really demonstrates the two-tieredness of our system. Just get a load of this timeline and similar cases!
Less than 2 months ago, on April 26th, a 27 year old Iowa woman, Miracle Star Vaughn, was sentenced to over 1 year in federal prison. Her sentence also included an additional 3 years of supervised release following her prison stint.
Wait, a this woman committed a federal crime and was sentenced to 366 days in prison and 3 more years of supervised release?
And #HunterBiden committed the same exact federal crime, using the same exact word on the same exact question, and he has the charge dismissed because…… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Libs replying to me thinking they have an argument. It’s cute. They keep saying “what else was #MiracleStarVaughn charged with, huh?”
Lets be clear here so these cultists can refer to one post…
1. Two felons possessed guns she had bought over the prior 18 month period.
This is so simple. @PeterHotez and his propagandist friends are afraid. That’s it.
There’s no problem with “debating science” if you’re right. For example, I can cite 20 instances of Dr. Hortez making scientifically inaccurate statements of fact.
…available then, and the data that has subsequently become available, to demonstrate precisely how his “expert” opinion was no more than fitting in with a political narrative.
He was demonstrably wrong about almost every topic on which he opined and lectured us. While at the…
…same time, @RobertKennedyJr was verifiably right another each of those topics. Be it masks, natural immunity, lab leak, vaccine safety or efficacy, etc., the “expert” was wrong every time.
All he would have to do, is reciprocate. Share the data as it was and now is, to…
Again, @TwitterSafety fails to uphold its own standards/policies. Consistency is crucial, & silencing people because of who demands it, is contrary to everything Elon Musk claims to stand for.
Twitter suspended @RosePinochet after a request by activists. Twitter told the user they’re suspended for violent speech, citing posts which did not contain ANY such violation.
@TwitterSafety then told the leftist activists that it was violating the abusive behavior rule.
They suspended, THEN found the reason. In addition to the user’s appeal regarding the absurd “violent speech” claim, it’s also CLEAR she didn’t violate the abusive behavior policy.
We got banned for challenging the George Floyd narrative. Now we can tell the truth. 🧵
#JordanNeely was a mentally ill & very dangerous homeless man. The media will portray him as they did with other black men, who’s deaths were largely the result of their criminal conduct.
The media & politicians are at it again. He was “lynched” because he was having a “mental health crisis” they say.
“New York wasn’t safe for him” & “it was a lynching” are the type of refrain we have, in between the childhood photos & stories of his Michael Jackson fandom.
The reality isn’t that simple. In fact, this outcome, while unfortunate, is entirely acceptable, & his killer(s) certainly don’t deserve the criminal convictions almost certainly headed their way.
That is the real tragedy. Before you feign outrage, I’ll explain just why that is.
LIE: There is a genocide of trans people
TRUTH: Murder of trans people is VERY rare
LIE: Trans people are victims of hate crime
TRUTH: Trans people are MUCH more likely to COMMIT violence than be its victims
The problem with these lies comes down to propaganda…
…from an omnipotent media/expert class specializing in manipulating low IQs.
You can’t find data on the number of transgender murderers. It doesn’t exist. No matter the search terms, the same result always claim Trans people are victims.
If they mention gender identity…
…of murder suspects, they always revert to a male/female binary.
Just like all of the articles about #Nashville claim #AudreyHale was a “transgender woman” or “a woman who identifies as transgender.”
Almost every article frames the attack as the result of or cause of bigotry.
Omg I could argue this better! Bruen is the controlling standard on the presumption of constitutionality!
YES NO FUNCTIONAL HANDGUN IN COMMON USE CAN BE BANNED! COME ON!
If you’re not listening to oral arguments you have no idea what I’m talking about. twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
MA has an approved firearm roster for handguns. All handguns not approved are banned (besides private sale). Heller allows for potentially dangerous guns to be restricted. But they’re not dangerous and unusual if they’re in common use throughout other states.
Now the state is going to argue it’s not a ban, but regulation because it doesn’t impact individual rights to carry a firearm, since we can buy them privately. Essentially retail stores can’t sell them, but private sales can. That’s nonsensical.
