The liberal democrat agenda in all its filth: themanwithyourplan.com/users/bankfrau… What the liberal democrats use to evade accountability for their crimes: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign… Click on this tweet for more info, including an ongoing log of the fraudulent courts at work.
Welcome to Tales of the Darkside: the true face of the U.S. fraudulent courts. This tweet starts an ongoing log of the fraudulent courts at work: chipping away our rights, furthering gov't tyranny and otherwise usurping the U.S. Constitution. So, feel free to browse and cringe.
A first taste: another twitter thread with references to fraudulent court cases: If that other twitter thread somehow becomes unavailable, then the screenshot at themanwithyourplan.com/users/bankfrau… is an exact replica of that other twitter thread.
1/ Always wondered how gov't officials got an attitude of "unless the Constitution explicitly forbids us, we can do..." (i.e. an end run around the Constitution) instead of the much less tyrannical attitude of "unless the U.S. Constitution explicitly allows us to, we can't do..."
2/ Here's one reason why: supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/… "The elementary rule is that every reasonable construction must be resorted to in order to save a statute from unconstitutionality." Now combine: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reasonabl… which states...
3/ "a reasonable person, reasonable man, ... is a HYPOTHETICAL person of LEGAL FICTION..." (emphasis mine) and you get: what the fraudulent courts call "reasonable" is whatever they can twist it to be. So, that case from 1895 (!!) was an early chip at the Constitution. Go figure.
4/ That wonderful gem from 1895 at supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/… was used to "justify" amongst other things ObamaCare's tyranny: assets.documentcloud.org/documents/3921…
5/ Here's an atrocity that ugly gem from 1895 at supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/… sanctioned: laweekly.com/news/la-county… LA County waged war against those property owners, as far as I can tell, without a warrant, as required by supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/… and CA CCP 1822.50 et seq.
6/ Speaking of supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/…, this case came about 175 years too late and the U.S. Supreme Court didn't admit this voluntarily: supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/… The 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is quite clear but the gov't somehow refuses to see that (End subthread)
Turning now to CA: here's the latest on CJP vs State Auditor: themanwithyourplan.com/users/bankfrau… My prediction is that the fraudulent courts will back CJP, or endlessly stonewall this case. CJP is a necessary part of their scam and they can't let CJP see the light of day.
An aristocracy of attorneys controls the fraudulent courts all across the U.S. CA and WA openly have this corruption in their written codes. The "justification" is always "we need excellence in the courts." The real reason is to block accountability for all gov't officials.
An aristocracy in control of any part of the government in the U.S. is illegal. The U.S. Constitution requires that all states be republics. Black's Law Dictionary's definitions for aristocracy and republic are mutually exclusive.
The typical attorney's response is: "you're not educated in the law; your argument is too simplistic; etc." Then, if they don't get outright hostile, they come back with complicated mishmash, lots of spin, and sophistry, which, if translated to math, looks like the image below.
Another quality and intentional screwup by the fraudulent courts: and shouselaw.com/accident-defen… This time a criminal was left off the hook for having killed a completely innocent person.
Then to add insult to injury, the criminal, after having skated for murder, is trying, with the assistance of his corrupt attorneys, to skate on the other crime he did get nailed for: usnews.com/news/best-stat…
Of course, the criminal couldn't give a flying f%^k about the irreparable harm he caused. "They" (the attorneys) "say Garcia Zarate didn't hold the gun long enough to warrant a firearm possession conviction." Phwat GALL! He held the gun. That's possession. He murdered Kate.
Again, there's that fallacious attorney babble argument and this time it's being used to try to let a murderer completely skate. Then, the fact that the murderer is an illegal alien to begin with has been completely forgotten.
I can guess why: if this criminal is able to completely skate, then he is one more welfare sponge that can be used to support the corrupt public officials that are trying to get him completely off. What is really scary is that the fraudulent courts could likely sanction this.
A tweet thread showing the typical attorney babble used to support the fraudulent courts: If that other tweet thread somehow becomes unavailable, then the screenshot at themanwithyourplan.com/users/bankfrau… is an exact replica of the start of that other tweet thread.
The yarn of replies prior to my tweets on that thread reads very much like "The Emperor's New Clothes." It is very interesting that, as of today (28 Dec 2017) and about 2 weeks after I posted my tweets there, there has been no further activity on that thread.
It is as if I had stated "But he (The Emperor) has nothing on," and all the chanting and raving about "The Emperor's New Clothes" suddenly stopped.
One of the underpinnings of the aristocracy of attorneys that control the fraudulent courts: Interesting that WSJ used the term "grueling" when referencing the LSAT. Can anyone say subjective screening process?
A tweet thread by someone right now being harmed by the fraudulent courts: "CPS" kidnapped his daughter into "foster care," the daughter is being sold into sex trafficking slavery and the fraudulent courts are blocking him at getting that stopped.
This DuPont and attorney's firm heir gets to skate after having raped his daughters, courtesy of a corrupt judge, corrupt attorneys and rampant cronyism in the fraudulent court: intellihub.com/dupont-heir-av…
Apparently, DuPont's pedophila and its consequences extends much deeper than I thought:
The U.S. Constitution provides 3 distinct procedures in which the people in this country vote. First are all of the elections for the various offices at all levels of government. The second procedure is all of the trial juries and the third procedure is all of the grand juries.
It's very disturbing that the aristocracy of attorneys has completely usurped the grand jury and routinely tampers with and overturns at will trial jury decisions. However, that aristocracy hasn't been able to completely hide the true power of a trial jury.
That true power of a trial jury is that a trial jury can judge both the law and the facts, and refuse to convict if it finds the law to be unjust, even if the defendant is technically in violation of that law. This is called jury nullification and it's perfectly legal.
The OJ Simpson murder case is one example and so is the ongoing as of today (2 Jan 2018) Bundy Ranch standoff case. But judges will NEVER inform jurors of this power they have and will remove jurors who show awareness of this if given any opportunity to do so.
The following web links go into further detail about jury nullification: fija.org and twitter.com/FIJANational
Here is a link to a tweet thread that lists fraudulent court cases where the fraudulent courts have subsequently overturned jury verdicts in whole or in part:
The fraudulent California Appeals Court is announcing the destruction of some of its records: newsroom.courts.ca.gov/news/court-of-… pursuant to its rules of court at courts.ca.gov/cms/rules/inde…
Interesting that it says that "published" records will be retained permanently but what does and doesn't get "published" is by subjective choice of the fraudulent courts.
There are cases that aren't "published" but that the people at large need to know about, one example being: leagle.com/decision/incac… , so that the people can know what the fraudulent courts are up to.
In summary, it would appear that the fraudulent courts are trying to cook their track record to hide their crimes and make it look like they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. I'm not surprised.
If that link at leagle.com/decision/incac… becomes unavailable, then that case can also be accessed at themanwithyourplan.com/users/bankfrau…
More on the importance of fully informed juries: ; ; fija.org/2017/08/23/jur…
In particular, that kangaroo trial that ended 23 Aug 2017 is a classic example of the fraudulent courts tampering with juries, witnesses and evidence, and strong arming defendants in order to further their own deep state agenda.
The jury did everything it could obviously, but, if there was any justice at all, the judge and prosecutor in that case would be tried for treason against the United States.
More details here:
A link to a tweet thread that covers the ongoing DACA problem and how the fraudulent courts are obstructing Trump in getting that problem fixed:
Interesting article about how attorneys view arguing with judges: abajournal.com/voice/article/… Items of concern are: "...judge has a fragile ego..." and "...judges like my personable demeanor..." which likely contradict: americanbar.org/groups/profess…
