1/ I respect your right to be anonymous, @PRGuy17, but there is one thing I’m sure of - you are a person who cares about Australian democracy. 2/ Through emulation, you do your best to address and reconcile the right wing imbalance in our news media and misinformation in politics. This method often goes over the head of your critics.

During Covid19, there have been many sensationalist voices from bad actors within Australian news media causing unnecessary division at a time when we needed to come together. Leigh Sales is one of those bad actors.

#leighsales 2/ Most of her ‘followers’ will tell you - Sales’ tweets on the subject of Covid19 have been consistently sceptical about the seriousness of the disease and the need for a health response. There is no middle ground from this journalist.

1/ When Scott Morrison was recently quizzed on his failures with Hotel Quarantine, he was met with laughter and derision for suggesting Labor was politicising the pandemic. 2/ Ironically, during the early stages of the pandemic Labor were constantly labelled as agreeable and weak in opposition. They often still are. However, we must respect that our health depended on Labor cooperating with the coalition. For the most part, Labor certainly did this.
