When the US Congress recognized the so-called #ArmenianGenocide allegations in 2019, Congress made references to a number of names and institutions such as Morgenthau, Lansing, Wilson, Lempkin, Hitler, Reagan  and Near East Relief. Except, General James Guthrie Harbord. 1/ Otherwise, Congress would have to explain the absurd inconsistency btw the allegation of  “the killing of 1.5 million Armenians by the Ottoman Empire from 1915 to 1923” and Harbord’s report where he made it clear in 1919..
