Reminder: @antonioguterres lied in a press release, press confs and meetings that my reports were investigated.

They were not.

He did not want to know, because the truth that #HRDs' names are handed to #Beijing makes @UN look bad.

Easier to fire the #whistleblower. /1 Here's what his hand-picked judge said:
"@UN’s argument that the Applicant was able to use the internal mechanisms to report misconduct..., but ... did not agree with the decisions that were made following usage of these internal mechanisms is not supported by evidence...." /2

Just got the judgments in my @UN court cases.

The factual findings are damning to @UN:

- I accurately reported a dangerous policy of @UNHumanRights handing names of #HRDs to #Beijing;
- The @UN has conducted no investigation whatsoever of that policy, which began in 2006; /1 - I was *justified* in reporting the policy to member states (this is what @antonioguterres fired me for);
- @UNHumanRights LIED to diplomats who asked about the policy;
- When states failed to act (because of the lies), and @raad_zeid defamed me on Twitter, I responded here; /2

How does @UN complicity in genocide happen?
Let me show you.
Day 15: 11 Feb 2013

Decision day.

Eric decided that names of dissidents would be given to Beijing.

It is important to remember *nobody* knew who was planning to come to the Human Rights Council on this date. /1 No protective measures were ever taken. None.

I was awarded correction by Dutch courts and compensation by @UN courts for the constant @UNHumanRights lies that protective measures were taken - and every time @UN is asked, those alleged protective measures just keep improving. /2

I worked @UN on rule of law.

Breaches of rule of law by @UN in my case include:
1. Removing Judge Downing without notice to stop him ruling in my favour;
2. Judge Bravo publishing a ruling in my case before her own deadline for evidence expired; ... 3. The appeals court ignoring that completely;
4. The very Ethics Officer who denied me protection because handing names to #Beijing is just fine and still policy acting in her new role as Registrar and assigning my case to her preferred judge;

A timeline of @UN complicity in genocide:
2006: @UNHumanRights starts secretly giving #Beijing names of dissidents who plan to attend @UN meetings. Everyone keeps the secret.

2016: @IrelandUNGeneva use my name and evidence to counter @UN lies. They briefly think it stops.

Today marks eight years since I found out about and reported @UNHumanRights secretly handing names of #Uyghur, #Tibetan and other activists to China. @UN has lied to governments, to the press, to the activists themselves. @antonioguterres investigate and stop complicity. /1 Some @UN stories:
2013-2017: never happened, to @EU_UNGeneva and all govts who asked.
2017: ongoing, in a press release
2018: happened, but @UN was only complicit in international crimes for a full DECADE (2006-2015), so move along.
2019: ongoing, in sworn court testimony. /2

The @UN is investigating and planning to fire me for blowing the whistle to national govts on @UN giving names of their nationals to China, so China could target their families. @UN has *never* investigated those responsible or stopped handing over names. /1 So, @EU_UNGeneva @UKMissionGeneva @IrelandUNGeneva @GermanyUNGeneva @usmissiongeneva @NLinGeneva @SwedenGeneva @NorwayInGeneva @swiss_un @CanadaUN, you said my reports were essential. Time to demand independent investigation of the policy, and protection of the whistleblower. /2

.@UNHumanRights still claims a right to lie. So, here's the truth @hrw @AmnestyEU @UNWatch @ISHRglobal, @WIN. This is a quote from the final Ethics findings: "the management was naturally and perhaps primarily interested in good relations with the member state (China);" /1 the Complainant (me) was interested in human rights and protection of human rights activists. OHCHR was, by virtue of the Complainant’s whistleblowing, placed in a very awkward diplomatic position by a human rights issue that it struggled to handle well... /2
