Those leaders do not have the capacity to oversee the total picture. They're just humans. #Tezos is a true decentralized organism that utilizes an ever growing group of absolutely top-class developers. Anyone is equal and can insert an improvement that will be voted on.
@HeyTaiZen@Cardano@ethereum@solana 2/9
With all the academics working on Tezos, it has peer review built in. And it shows. Transaction costs decrease, speed and capacity increases and it runs smoothly for over 3 years. More complex smartcontracts can be built, more languages added.

@GGDiversificat1@CitezenB 1/9 Interesting how you mention you doubt safety without mentioning what aspect you "feel" isn't safe and why.
Also interesting to see how Swiss cities feel #Tezos is safe enough to distribute COVID relieve funds to their citizens.
@GGDiversificat1@CitezenB 2/9 And French cities feel #Tezos is safe enough to use a Tezos based voting application which is tested by 80 universities. And how the cybercrime division of the French military police feels its safe enough to deploy an accounting app on.
@Cointelegraph 1/18
Tezos has been laying the foundation to become a thriving smartcontract platform since launch. While battle proving its fully decentralized PoS, multiple smartcontract languages have been deployed and several tooling services have added Tezos besides ETH. The stage is set.
@Cointelegraph 2/18
Why would you move over to #Tezos? Because it's fast, reliable, and cheap. On average 3,000 times cheaper than #Ethereum and 40 times cheaper than Cardano. #Tezos $XTZ @tezos#DeFi#ETH publish0x.com/publish0x-post…

@lelanyx@ArthurB@ErikVoorhees 1/9 "...adoption and innovation, neither of which XTZ can really claim"
Disagree with that statement.
Innovation: #Tezos is the 1st chain with full decentralized LPoS, working on-chain decentralized governance and institutional-grade smartcontracts. Battle tested for over 2 yrs
@lelanyx@ArthurB@ErikVoorhees 2/9 And from January #Tezos will be the first smartcontract platform to offer privacy features. Additionally it will introduce "tickets" (Improving challenges like concurrency for example). publish0x.com/publish0x-post…

@stefsull 1/12 Ok, here we go.
On-chain governance. Anyone can propose an improvement, apply for funding and insert the finalized proposal on-chain, after which nodes (bakers) can vote on-chain for/against implementation in a set timeframe.
@stefsull 2/12 This makes decision-making swift. People delegating XTZ to bakers can influence voting, adding to decentralization of XTZ development. This type of government makes XTZ evolve more swift and smoothly to future demands. Slow evolution is a big threat to decentralized projects
