Many of us have documented #Russia's UN Genocide Convention violations, from direct &public incitement to commission of genocide.
Very hard to see how anyone could argue that the risk of genocide has not been triggered in #Ukraine. This enacts legal obligations to prevent. 2/

As I explain, "the ICC’s historic announcement indicates an increased scope," not just prosecuting #Putin for crime of aggression in special tribunals, but "reasonable grounds that Putin himself bears individual criminal responsibility" for war crimes. 2/
