The Doctors’ Association UK were saddened to read a series of tweets sent by Allison Pearson yesterday.

Over the last year The DAUK have frequently spoken of the GP crisis resulting from chronic underfunding and a decimated workforce. But instead of focusing on these issues.. 1/ Ms Pearson chose to detract from her abusive comments about GPs and instead shared anecdotes of tragedies that have occurred as a result of the crisis we describe.
