Update- Defense attorney Kevin Gough is once again trying to argue to keep more “black pastors” out of the courtroom gallery and from sitting with Ahmaud’s parents.
The state has rested, defense starts tomorrow.
In his arguments Gough says he’s checked into website (MORE) And Gough says a large rally of pastors planned outside the courthouse Thursday is not in response to anything that happened in the courtroom.
To be clear, last week Gough said “we don’t want any black pastors coming in here.”
