The $23bb of 2022 FCF guidance includes $3bb for Warner, $4bb from a Direct TV distribution (vs $1bb guidance) and $4bb in vendor financing. Implies REAL FCF is $5bb-$8bb LESS than what they guided previously.

$FB got smoked like this with a big GAP DOWN (-20%) back in 2018. After that it traded down another -30% into year-end. This time different? Couple thoughts below... 👇👇👇 Today there IS a big difference in valuation. Here is the P/E chart. Back then it fell from 30x to 22x to start and bottomed at 16x. That (16x) is where it is today. NOW - it IS slower growth but that will lend some support.
