Thread 1/8 Confusing picture emerging regarding the attack on Christian #Rohingya in Kutupalong Camp 2E Block 1. Christians in the camp are a much maligned group with many unfounded rumours about them. Especially false is how they are converting masses of Muslim Rohingya.

This is 6-year-old Omar Faisal. He has just recovered from a bout of pneumonia. And today, June 20, #WorldRefugeeDay he is returning to the plastic and bamboo home he shares with his #Rohingya parents & siblings in one of the world's largest refugee camps - in #Bangladesh He is very happy as you can see from his pic.
Omar has a big challenge in front of him. Children with his condition, hydrocephaly, do not fare well if not treated early. Luckily, Omar can still talk ( he talks a lot!) and still has his sight. #WorldRefugeeDay
