Some months ago, President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government released a total of 54 Billion Naira to settle outstanding 33% pension arrears (the 33% pension arrears date back to 2010 when the minimum wage was increased to N18,000).

The deals’ terms require the government to pay for electricity generated even if there’s no demand for it.

$2.8 BILLION AKK PIPELINE PROJECT: BUHARI STRIKES AGAIN

The project will be in three phases. Phase One is 200 kilometers-long, between AJAOKUTA (Kogi state) and ABUJA, at a projected cost of $855 million.

Governor of Zamfara State, (Dr) Bello Muhammed (Matawallen Maradun) has today convened a team of architects for the presentation of RUGA architectural 3D designs.

The gigantic project shown in the projected slides will be in two phases of highly sophisticated structures,... ...cattle breeding system and other social amenities.

In addition, he demanded free movement and access to visitors of all kinds as well as requested to be allowed to check into a 5-Star Hotel instead of being admitted in the hospital. The request was refused on the ground that he came into the country for medicals and not as a tourist (more so that his Visa was issued on medical grounds and not for tourism). The Court on 5th August, 2019 granted Sheikh Ibraheem EL-Zakzaky leave to travel to India for medical treatment. Consequently, the Government and its relevant agencies took steps to comply with the Order. In line with the Court Order, El-Zakzaky was approved to embark on the trip with State officials and his choice to be accompanied by his aides and personal Doctors was not opposed by the government.
