United States v. Comey

Judge Nachmanoff has issued an order regarding prosecutor's request for the implementation of a filter team protocol to review potentially privileged material that was seized during the Arctic Haze investigation and may be informative to their case against Comey.

He's appointed Magistrate Judge William E. Fitzpatrick to preside over all proceedings having to do with the review of the privilege materials.Image
In his order, notes that the "briefing on the government’s proposed filter protocol raises several legal questions that must be resolved before any protocol is authorized." Image
At least three of those questions were also raised by the defense in their opposition to the filter team protocol.

"Deep scars remain across the city of Suweida and its countryside; our teams witnessed firsthand the level of devastation in dozens of villages in majority Druze areas" - Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro, Chair of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry reliefweb.int/report/syrian-…
"The death and destruction is immense, with more than 30 villages almost entirely depopulated, looted, and burned. Many bodies of those who were killed remain unaccounted for, and large numbers, reportedly in the hundreds, are among the missing." - Pinheiro Image
"We have received multiple reports of women and girls being abducted by unknown armed actors. Some were reportedly subjected to sexual violence and forced marriage." - Pinheiro Image

Using a proprietary ‘Zoom and ENHANCE’ feature for blurry plates built into the yet-to-be-released V6.0 update of the Motability Checker, I can confirm that this car is, in fact, unsurprisingly, a Motability.

More recklessness underwritten by the taxpayer. Image

It's quite amazing really. Spot any new car engaging in dangerous hijinks and you can be almost certain it was paid for by you.
Dewsbury, for those wondering. Image

1/ @MikeCosper says he's "been a big Bill Kristol fan for a long time," and that Cosper "[s]hares especially his foreign policy perspective," which necessarily includes supporting the Iraq War.

The comment gives an interesting view into the world of evangelical NeverTrumpism. Image
2/ Kristol is famously anti-Trump, but as @TuckerCarlson previously pointed out, Kristol gave Trump "qualified praise" for months in 2015.

That changed when, in South Carolina, Trump criticized the Iraq War, which marked a turning point for Kristol on Trump. Image
Image
3/ @DavidFrench followed a similar trajectory.

In a 2016 article, French wrote that "[w]eeks ago I said . . . that while I opposed Trump in the primary, I'd back him if he won the GOP nomination."

"When I saw Trump in full, my decision was easy: Never Trump." Image

Russians like to ask Ukrainians what achievements our country has made. Ok,🇺🇦is poor, but I can list many of its achievements.

But let's put it aside for now and look at it from a different angle. How has🇷🇺influenced Ukraine? Look at the chart.

Let me explain what it means.👇 Image
1992-1994 were marked by the collapse of USSR. The political system was being restructured, laws were changing, transition to market economy was beginning. People had no time for geopolitics—everyone was trying to survive.

That is why I refer to this period as "chaotic."👇
In 1994, Kuchma became president, and Ukrainians generally decided on the geopolitical orientation: the majority leaned toward neutrality, to be a bridge between East and West. Kuchma's policy was consistent with this.

But West wasn't interested in🇺🇦.🇷🇺,on the other hand, was.👇

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "The story out of New York City reports how some Jewish and Christian leaders invited Mamdani to speak and appeared to endorse him for mayor.

Let’s take a look at that. What is really happening?
1)
These religious and communal leaders are assuming that Mamdani will win and become mayor. So, they are preparing by trying to appear that everything is OK, in the belief that they will be safer and experience fewer problems if Mamdani sees them in a good light, so to speak.
2)
Think back into history, how Jewish leaders in the ghettos and shtetls of Europe would bow and scrape and praise their local lord in the hope that they would not be treated badly.

Old habits die slowly — even when no longer as appropriate."

Zohran Mamdani's org, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) practice a belief system called Al-Thawabit, originally proposed by Palestinian terror org, the PLO.

The doctrine defined terrorism as "legitimate resistance" so all those exploding buses, murdered babies and targeting of civilians? Justified, according to the DSA.Image
WHAT IS AL-THAWABIT?

Al-Thawabit is the set of core principles adopted by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in 1977, defining its non-negotiable red lines.

It includes:
- Armed "resistance" (AKA terrorism) as a permanent right
- "Return" of "refugees" into Israel
- Jerusalem as Palestine's capitalImage
WHY IT MATTERS

The 1977 declaration praised groups carrying out hijackings, bombings and assassinations as part of the "struggle" against Israel.

By adopting Al-Thawabit, DSA is endorsing a framework that defines terrorism as legitimate resistance. Image

Roger Froikin @rlefraim wrote, "The Truth and Questions About This US-Qatar Relationship — And Should It Be Reviewed
1)
Qatar was created by the British in 1971 to be a second created state (after Kuwait) where locals, and not the Iraqis nor the Saudis, would be able to interfere in UK protection of British Petroleum and its interests.
2)
To that end they built a military base, since dominated by the USA.

Qatar is essentially a family business, the Al-Thani tribe ruling it. With about 260,000 citizens and 2.5 million guest workers, mostly Pakistani, Indian Muslims, and Iraqis, that have no rights.

Ok enough of the whining about the freeloaders!
If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

Let's start by figuring out who is responsible for what.Image
The major programs follow this federal-state model, with about 42.4 million SNAP recipients nationwide in 2025.
Note who has a great deal of control.
Now think of the difference of ideology in the states. Image
So we are yelling at the Federal govt, when maybe we need to look at our State govt. Image

The Trump card has been played and no one can stop what is coming. Thread 🧵🧵🧵🧵
People have been wondering what is going to happen with the future of America. I’m not a government insider, a psychic, or a foreign government.
What I am is a supporter of America, an anon, and a student of history. This is not a call of action but a study of history and how it repeats itself.
