I haven't been watching #StarTrekLowerDecks, but I would totally watch the episode where Boimler finally sucks Mariner out the airlock. Yes, I know that isn't very Trek-like, but neither is one officer constantly putting down another.

It's not "funny", it's abuse. At the very least, Boimler would lodge a complaint, request a transfer, or tender his resignation.
Also, a daughter serving under her mother on the same ship? Accusations of favoritism alone would make that situation impossible.
