But then @SteveFDA "insisted he would not rush a vaccine to please" Trump.
So, Hahn is insisting he can safely put #COVID19 #vaccines on the U.S. market under emergency use without Phase 3 results but then says that's not to please Trump.

One thing @SteveFDA finally did in this @FT interview was use the word "regret." But he still didn't use the words "I'm sorry" or "I apologize."

On @FaceTheNation, former #FDA commissioner-turned Venture Capitalist/ board member @ScottGottliebMD said today he doubted @SteveFDA could step in & obfuscate any decisions being made by career #FDA scientists evaluating #COVID19 #vaccines.

But isn't that what Hahn's doing?

Also, recall that all career government scientists - whether at #FDA, #NIH, #CDC, #BARDA, #DOD, etc - are under the threat they will be "relocated" if they disagree with Trump, per @MarkMeadows' own admission last week on @ThisWeekABC. abcnews.go.com/Politics/week-… #COVID19 #vaccines
