90 Days #NoticePeriod impact on #Consumerism & Agility of Financial Ecosystem.
2 years back 3 people moved to my paying guest accommodation from UAE successively in the period of 6 months. One of them holds 12 years of experience in UAE. Due to (#Jobs #Recruiting #hr #hiring)

economic downturn and various policy changes, he decided to move back to India. It took him a couple of months to look for a job in India because he lacks demographic experience. Soon after securing a job, he applied for a credit card. In a month he took

a 2nd hand car on EMI and planning to move to a private accommodation 1 BHK. By third month there was some distress in his employment. It affected his personal life too due to the EMI that he have taken.
The other two follow the same fast moving pattern of

acquiring everything through Credit and EMI on securing a job. I have not seen people making decision at this pace right after securing a job in India. For a while I stereotypically thought that all of them are foolish to plummet under liability that

they could have avoided with planning. Then over a period of time the thought strike me that UAE employment ecosystem is fast pace. People resign and hired at short notice. They survive on credit and EMI because getting hired is a couple of weeks survival at

any given point in time. Maybe jobs pay well enough to ascent to desired lifestyle in a month payout or two months payout.
I think fast pace employment ecosystem impact the agility of financial system in any country. Overall it foster consumerism due to

Consumerism and agility in financial ecosystem is more important for companies to mutually survive in the ecosystem in the long run than short sighted fabricating obstructions to check employee attrition for the time being.
