@Conste11ation $DAG is the most advanced #blockchaintechnology out there. This is not a matter of debate. It's fact. The way it's structured is genius and its potential is mind-blowing. Its new #DeFI exchange @LatticeExchange is just the tip of the iceberg.

Its marketing video states that it's inspired by structures found in nature. This isn't just grandiose rhetoric. @BuckyFuller_ - perhaps America's most neglected genius inventor - also had inventions that were inspired by the natural world

In a fitting tribute to Bucky - and instead of using blocks in a #blockchain - the #hypergraph is built out of #tetrahedrons. The tetrahedron encloses the least volume with the greatest surface area (the sphere encloses the greatest volume with the least surface).

Other than the sphere, the universe doesn't allow any volume to have fewer than four corners or faces (why is surface area important?). Bucky Fuller considered the tetrahedron to be the most basic unit of space and the #hypergraph harnesses the the natural efficiency of these

units to model space and its contents. So what are those contents? The substrate which composes and fills that space is the universal substrate of all computation and operations #data - unlike blocks and chains, data is generic, pliant and adaptive, and thus capable of

modeling much more than blocks, tokens, and kitties. The #hypergraph nodes conduct concurrent and asynchronous consensus *ON data itself* thus shedding the artificial constraints of block height, linear throughput and synchronous consensus.

Its Proof of Reputable Observation protocol acts as a intrinsic meritocratic self-selection function. Curiously, as @mgoldm mentions in this @girlgone_crypto interview, this means that the hypergraph is, in a sense, self-aware and autonomous

The hypergraph enables a much richer set of representations than the traditional, clunky, blockchains that abound in the blockchain space these days - it can model anything & everything that is represented by data including the external world (CF its work with @usairforce)

Don't underestimate data. It's literally everything. As @elonmusk said a few days ago: "Money is just data that allows us to avoid the inconvenience of barter. That data, like all data, is subject to latency & error. The system will evolve to that which minimizes both."
