2/ WadzPay 2.0
It is technology enhancements that allows better settlement, consumer experience, seamless flow of funds, tokenisation etc.
It is a combination of different layers which is WadzPay and their strategic partners such as Algorand, USDC and others. ( $XDC is a partner)

3/ WadzPay 2.0 is already live on the mainframe but will be live for customers within Q1 2023.

All customers will be onboarded to WadzPay 2.0.

Programs like @geidea , @DubaiDutyFree will go live with WadzPay 2.0.

5/ $USDC Algorand:
WadzPay's strong relationship with @Algorand USDC removes UNLICENCED on/off ramps from the ecosystem enabling WadzPay to work with licenced players. #USDC, #USDT, fiat will be the settlement means back to the customers.

6/ WadzPayChain (WPC)
In development and to be released around Q3 2023 to function alongside WadzPay 2.0

The main purpose is for payments. It focuses on #interoperability and being #blockchain agnostic.

$WTK is the native token for WPC.

7/ WPC is developed in close association with @WadzPay strategic L1 partners like #Algorand.

WPC is not a competition to other L1s because its use case is specific to payments that broadens the scope of WadzPay 2.0 and helps with the backend for customer settlements etc.

8/ Geographic markets
- #Asia continues to be the biggest market for WadzPay.

- Closely followed by the #MiddleEast.

- In process of setting up #European operations in the Netherlands.

- Africa operation scaling up - new hire in Cameroon will take care of central #Africa.

9/
- North and South America are being looked by the team.

- WadzPay about to close a large deal in the Indo-China region giving them access to Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and others.

- Wadzpay intends to go global this year (2023).

Physical offices are located in Singapore, Dubai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Johannesburg.

11/ Bonus
Community questions about metaverse and WadzPay exchange were asked. The answer being - it is not a priority now. The team will wait for regulatory clarity and sufficient market demand before moving forward with such products.

I like how @Anish_tweeets is focused on regulatory clarity and moving forward with the right product as demanded by the market. The company is not interested in releasing products across multiple verticals just for the sake of doing so.
