Looks like Microsoft removed the part about being proud to support ICE (below) from its Azure blog post blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/azuregov/2018/… Here's the archived version web.archive.org/web/2018020223…
UPDATE! It's back now, but was removed
Microsoft says: "It was a mistake" that the section about supporting ICE was temporarily removed. "An employee edited the blog after seeing commentary in social media. This was a mistake and as soon as it was noticed the blog was reverted to previous language."

Been doing some research to figure out all the *significant* runtime changes that have happened since the .NET Core CLR was first open-sourced (github.com/dotnet/coreclr…), so here's a list 👇 (if I missed any out, please let me know!)
First up, the work needed in the runtime to make the (fast) Span<T> possible, which involved the GC, JIT and VM, see github.com/dotnet/coreclr… and github.com/Microsoft/dotn… (of course, there was a whole lot more work done in CoreFX to add Span<T> overloads to many different APIs)
In addition, to support Span<T> the runtime needed to be made aware of 'ref-like' types github.com/dotnet/csharpl… and github.com/dotnet/coreclr…

u may have seen that brazil nearly elected a full-on fascist in the 1st round of its presidential elections on sunday.
u may have questions too.
i'll use this thread to clarify+debunk things i see circulating that are dead wrong.

brazil has run-off voting & bolsonaro (whom i'll refer to as the fascist) did not reach 51%,so not ALL hope is lost. between the 1st round of the general election on sunday (which also was for senate, house, and governor) and the 2nd round, candidates have 3 weeks to campaign.+
the remaining candidates for the 2nd round of the presidential election are the fascist (whose problems i have gone into ad nauseum on this site & written about elsewhere and you can go searching for later) and fernando haddad, who represents PT (workers' party)+
