To date, there are Zero Senate Republicans who say they want Mueller or Rosenstein fired. Zero.
BUT that doesn't mean they like to talk about it, tweet about it, give floor speeches, etc.
Most would much rather talk about almost anything else.

*Many* will give very strong statements to me warning against firing Mueller/Rosenstein - from leaders to rank and file - but with very few exceptions - they outline NO specific consequences. (Many Ds also don't want to do so either).
There are hints of impeachment, but senators in both parties recoil from the i-word in hallways. There's all kinds of talk about what Congress *could* do, but no plan.
Mueller protection bill on the Senate calendar could be a break-glass vessel for McConnell, but needs 290/67 to enact over a veto + 5 members of SCOTUS. (That's more votes in House than are needed for impeachment!)
