Flying out of Salt Lake City where there’s a huge Doterra conference.

TSA isn’t letting people carry on the thousands of dollars of essential oils they bought while here and airport security is mass chaos.
Update: the lady behind us on the plane is selling her seat mates on some citrus garbage that will reportedly energize you and help you lose weight, also eliminate headaches.

It smells like lemon flavored pine-sol and I can barely breathe.
Lmao the guy she gave it to says it’s burning his hands, she’s trying to convince him the solution is some other oil in her pouch

A lot of talk about Lambda School today, and most of it I'll ignore.

One I'm going to respond to - that Lambda School is "creaming" - removing the best students from other schools and locking them into ISAs.

This is a tweetstorm full of student stories, so buckle up.
J is a single father, high school dropout with two kids (1.6 GPA), had been working in a warehouse for four years. We noticed in our intro courses he was doing well at programming, and decided to invest.

He attended Lambda, now makes software for warehouses, making $80k+/yr
S had to drop out of school when she couldn't afford the payments on her archaeology degree. She was living in a car when she applied to Lambda School.

She was also hired at an $80k rate.

There are more than 10x the students starting Lambda School today as 18 months ago.

NPS is higher across the board, student skill is higher across the board, and it goes off without a hitch.

Hats off to the Lambda growth, admissions and student success teams.
NPS schoolwide for Lambda School is in the high 60s. We're working on getting it to the mid/high 70s right now.

People sometimes say "If illegal immigrants weren't here, we would have zero of their crimes." This is a flawed argument, but I think sometimes people botch the rebuttal. So, here goes:
When you move to a city, do you care about the absolute number of murders or the rate of murders? I say if you're being reasonable, it's the rate.
For instance, there are about 5 homicides per 100,000 residents in Salt Lake City, and it's generally not perceived as a dangerous town.

However, if you went to a city of 50 and they had a *total* of 5 homicides per year, you probably wouldn't even stop there for gasoline.
