Good personal preparedness includes entertainment and comfort items because one of the many consequences of emergencies are delays. No one likes to be bored and frustrated. The right items and plan can make a world of difference!
👥📚 ✍️🎲♟️🏓⚽️ Engaging in social games or activities can build networks of trust and support and keeps everyone's spirit up. Plan for age appropriate and favourite items that are easy to transport and do not rely on a power supply.
💖Comfort items are often highly personal e.g. a favourite soft toy for children or a small object of special significance for adults.
