This past week, the Chicago Tribune endorsed that Mike Madigan Democrat. That's fine. It's a free country. The Tribune can endorse whomever they choose.

But why did the newspaper endorse a Mike Madigan Democrat, and not Helene? (2/)

First off, the Tribune lied. Helene has NEVER deleted any FB post. Second, the Tribune accuses Helene of posting slurs against Jews. How disingenuous and disgusting. The Tribune must not know Helene is Jewish. (5/)

She's a proud, practicing Conservative Jewess who loves her faith dearly. She comes from a long line of Rabbis on one side of her family and Zionists on the other. Shame on you @ChicagoTribune.

In fact, Helene will win BECAUSE of your slander. The voters of the 51st District know that a vote for Helene's Democrat opponent is a vote for Mike Madigan.
