What attention? Reach out to 500+ places that are taking on podcast *guests*, expert roundups or IVs in ur industry
At minimum, dial in on the 50 MOST RELEVANT PLACES to your product or service
(this gets slept on MAJORLY)
Teach your VA to find specific THREADS where *YOU* can go in & drop INSANE AMOUNTS OF VALUE
OVERDELIVER & watch what happens
Step 1 - Periodically go to Warrior Forum, Black Hat World & others to *FIND TRENDING TACTICS* that are working
(tactics come in go...idea is to SQUEEZE THAT ORANGE while you can)
Step 2 - Delegate these to your VAs
Idea is to get *a convo started* and GIVE THE INFLUENCER VALUE - then *YOU* take over convos that replied
(Side note: don't be *stingy* w/ ur approach...at minimum, SHIP PRODUCT FOR FREE)
Micro-influencers are "mommy blogs" of 2019
SEO OGs know this one - HARO is a large database where JOURNALISTS are looking for experts to interview
Your VA should check this *DAILY* to find *YOU* press opps
This is especially important for websites that WANT BALLER LINKS
(Or any e-commerce company, for that matter)
Have them scour Ebay, Alibaba & INTELLIGENCE SITES like Thieve & ShopifyExchange to source PRODUCT IDEAS for *YOUR EXPANSION*
I have one of my VAs SERVE UP a MONTHLY SPREADSHEET with all of my deposits & commissions, expenses, etc to get a SNAPSHOT OF ALL MY BUSINESSES
(This is *super underrated* when you have over 30 affiliate logins & accounts to source)
A few things:
- All refunds under $100 NO QUESTIONS ASKED (that should *NEVER* bottleneck through CEO)
- Have them keep a RUNNING FAQ of questions/concerns from ur customers. Update this on your website periodically
FB groups are HOT right now. Have your VA use a tool like FB Radar to monitor and find groups for *YOU* to join & places for *YOU* to PROVIDE IMMENSE VALUE
Again, watch what happens

Have your VA hit up city officials, coalitions, and BIG-TIME LOCAL PLAYERS TO COLLAB
