3 - teach them to FIND PODCAST & INTERVIEW OPPS

(these are UNCONTESTED LAYUPS, ppl)

What attention? Reach out to 500+ places that are taking on podcast *guests*, expert roundups or IVs in ur industry

At minimum, dial in on the 50 MOST RELEVANT PLACES to your product or service

4 - teach them to SOURCE QUORA & REDDIT FOR CONTENT OPPORTUNITIES

(this gets slept on MAJORLY)

Teach your VA to find specific THREADS where *YOU* can go in & drop INSANE AMOUNTS OF VALUE

OVERDELIVER & watch what happens

5 - teach them to EXECUTE MARKETING TACTICS that *YOU* FIND

Step 1 - Periodically go to Warrior Forum, Black Hat World & others to *FIND TRENDING TACTICS* that are working

(tactics come in go...idea is to SQUEEZE THAT ORANGE while you can)

Step 2 - Delegate these to your VAs

6 - teach them to FIND INFLUENCERS ON IG & YT

Idea is to get *a convo started* and GIVE THE INFLUENCER VALUE - then *YOU* take over convos that replied

(Side note: don't be *stingy* w/ ur approach...at minimum, SHIP PRODUCT FOR FREE)

Micro-influencers are "mommy blogs" of 2019

7 - teach them to FIND PRESS OPPS IN HARO

SEO OGs know this one - HARO is a large database where JOURNALISTS are looking for experts to interview

Your VA should check this *DAILY* to find *YOU* press opps

This is especially important for websites that WANT BALLER LINKS

8 - teach them MARKET RESEARCH TACTICS FOR YOUR SHOPIFY OR FBA STORE

(Or any e-commerce company, for that matter)

Have them scour Ebay, Alibaba & INTELLIGENCE SITES like Thieve & ShopifyExchange to source PRODUCT IDEAS for *YOUR EXPANSION*

9 - teach them to be a POOR MANS BOOKKEEPER

I have one of my VAs SERVE UP a MONTHLY SPREADSHEET with all of my deposits & commissions, expenses, etc to get a SNAPSHOT OF ALL MY BUSINESSES

(This is *super underrated* when you have over 30 affiliate logins & accounts to source)

10 - teach them to be *SUPER EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPS*

A few things:

- All refunds under $100 NO QUESTIONS ASKED (that should *NEVER* bottleneck through CEO)

- Have them keep a RUNNING FAQ of questions/concerns from ur customers. Update this on your website periodically

11 - teach them to MONITOR *FACEBOOK GROUPS* FOR ENGAGEMENT OPPS

FB groups are HOT right now. Have your VA use a tool like FB Radar to monitor and find groups for *YOU* to join & places for *YOU* to PROVIDE IMMENSE VALUE

Again, watch what happens

12 - teach them to HELP YOU PLAN LIVE EVENTS

EVENTS require outreach

Have your VA hit up city officials, coalitions, and BIG-TIME LOCAL PLAYERS TO COLLAB

Step 3 - *MENTOR* your top VAs to LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

(This allows you to GROW WITH RAPID FIRE EXECUTION)

- FULL-TIME virtual assistants can be found all over on places like Upwork, People Per Hour and OnlineJobs.ph for $350/mo

- Always provide specific step-by-step training

- Always conduct 30-minute “trial period” to test competency before hiring
