I get migraines. They aren't fun. They are often multi day events. The second and sometimes third days are usually ok, but leave me simply lacking in energy. Not always a headache too. Sometimes simply dizzy and sometimes nauseous. Lying still is about the only option. It sucks.
I've had these for over a decade and have tried many multiple treatments and drugs and seen different doctors and cut out various foods/drinks. I've worked out some triggers but not others, but nothing is consistent.
Currently on day two of a "dizzy and nauseous with a bit if a headache" migraine. Amazingly, if I lie still, I can use my phone, hence the tweeting. It doesn't seem to make it worse.
