Carrd's grown a lot since then, so I figured I'd share a few thoughts about ...

When you go from 200 users to 200,000 users you're not simply dealing with "same shit x 1000", you're almost playing an entirely different game with entirely different sets of priorities and challenges
- Infrastructure
- Content moderation
- Support
And here's how I scaled them:
- One instance -> many load balanced instances
- Manual moderation -> mostly automated moderation
- 100% email -> mostly docs + some email
- Don't panic (doesn't help)
- You'll figure shit out (bc if you've taken the big step to do this you already have the mindset)
- Enjoy the ride (bc it'll be some of the most fun you'll ever have)
