This isn't obsessing about semantics; Rapoport is reporting something that is literally impossible, unless he's suggesting Clark will play for free in 2019
Last thing on this, but ANOTHER thing about the tweet that doesn't make sense is "He won’t be signing his franchise tag [...] unless the Seahawks give him the deal that he has earned"
